Shipping times

Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery times vary by destination and are shown at checkout. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Orders are dispatched from New Mexico, United States.

Shipping is free on orders over $75.

Returns

You may return unused items in their original, sealed packaging within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, contact us with your order number. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned once opened or used: exfoliating gloves, body brushes, facial rollers, gua sha stones, cleansing brushes and LED masks. This does not affect your rights for faulty or damaged items.

Damaged or faulty items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. Beauty-tech devices are also covered by a 2-year warranty.
